Anthony "Tony" Marsalo has over 20 years of experience in both executive and account manager roles. He specializes in new business development for companies to find better performance, productivity, and profitability. Anthony has helped build three successful startups by staying highly motivated and utilizing strong leadership qualities.
As a new business development specialist, Anthony has increased customer retention and kept his closed-won business at less than 10% churn over the past 3 years. His intellectual curiosity also drives him to be a lifelong learner. He considers himself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on his academic foundations in Geology, and stay in tune with the latest business development strategies through continued coursework.
He graduated from Towson University in 1998 with a bachelor of science in Environmental Planning and Geology. While attending Towson University, he excelled in hockey and was able to make lifelong connections that would influence his career.
Anthony believes mindfulness in the workplace is key to success - a tenet he lives out through his interests in coaching. Anthony is currently working as a Sales Arborist in Morganville, PA, and is always interested in a new challenge.
